After September on the gulf coast theres a higher chance of rain during the Monsoon season. While as a whole Thailand doesn’t experience a lot of typically “cold” seasonal weather, some cold snaps do occur, primarily in December and especially in the North and Northeast regions. If you do decided to travel to Thailand in December and January, which is the most popular time to visit, make sure you book early! December boasts the ideal weather for many travelers as it is cool but still beach appropriate.
