Natasha provided an excellent service from start to finish. She responded quickly and comprehensively to all our queries and questions and also went out of her way to help search for accommodation for our guests, some of whom were on very tight budgets. She also sent us the details for The Surin which is where we ended up choosing as our venue. After seeing how busy some of the main beaches were once we arrived in Phuket, we knew we had made the right choice, as The Surin is set in its own private bay which made it perfect. If it wasn’t for Natasha’s recommendation, we would never have found it and I’m confident that no other hotel would have provided a wedding, venue and setting as perfect as The Surin did!
Natasha also provided us with a clear itinerary of events for once we arrived in Bangkok and it all went to plan. Pum was a lovely lady and explained everything to us. It only took around 2 hours to complete the paperwork and then we were able to get on with our holiday knowing that everything was going to be taken care of, which is very important when there’s so much to think about and take care of when organizing a wedding
