Finding Natasha was a godsend in planning our wedding. From helping us choose a resort that best suited our personalities, to providing doctor recommendations for a heavily pregnant guest, to advising good tailor to use or best place to buy Tiger Balm – we felt there was NOTHING we (or our guests) could not ask Natasha. Having her on board 12 months prior ensured that all those little (and big!) questions that come up over the months leading up to our day were able to be answered immediately, and so we boarded the plane with nothing but excitement for the days to come. Once in Bangkok, Pla was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the steps involved in preparing our legal marriage. We knew exactly what to expect, and we received our wedding certificate and all translations within a week of returning home.
