Natasha and her team helped us to sort out the legal paperwork for our wedding in Thailand, a great help to us as it meant we could limit the time we spent in Bangkok and fly out to the islands. Natasha was so incredibly helpful from the moment I contacted her to the moment our marriage certificate and other paperwork was delivered to us in the UK. She was really prompt in responding to any email queries we had and made the whole process totally smooth and hassle free. The lady who came to the Embassy with us was also lovely and really helped us out when we didn’t quite have enough Thai Baht’s with us to pay our Embassy fees (an oversight on my part). She withdrew money from her personal bank account to make up the shortfall, which we then paid back as soon as she dropped us back at our hotel; this is exceptional customer service and is way above and beyond what is typically expected from most organisations nowadays. Planning a wedding overseas can be daunting but with people like Natasha on hand to assist, the process becomes very simple.
