What you need to do
You’ll need to visit your embassy in Bangkok to complete an “Affidavit to Marry”. If you have been previously married, you may also need to complete another form verifying your freedom to marry.

We’ll arrange all the necessary appointments and documentation, and you’ll have an English speaking guide with you, as well transportation to and from your hotel. The whole process usually takes just a few of hours, and you can choose to spend the rest of the day in Bangkok or fly out to your next destination if you wish.
Both bride and groom will need to complete the process, so if you are of different nationalities, we’ll make arrangements for both parties to visit each of their embassies.
