From first contact with Natasha she was very helpful and prompt in giving information on the legal process required for us to be married in Thailand. We couldn’t be in Bangkok for the usual time required so Natasha worked with me to come up with a solution to enable us to still get the legal process done as required within our timeframes. The rep who met us in Bangkok was pleasant and professional and made the embassy process easy. We had clear directions of what to do in Phuket in order to ensure the legal process was completed and our documents arrived promptly in Australia. The whole process ran very smoothly and it was a relief to have Natasha and her team looking after everything while we enjoyed our wedding day and honeymoon.
